COVID-19 is a challenge unlike any other to confront the globe in recent memory, crystallised by President Cyril Ramaphosa’s address to the nation on Sunday, 15 March.
As governments, society and business mobilise to stop its spread, and in the best interests of our clients and staff, Letsema has altered our way of work to account for this reality.
How has Letsema adjusted its way of work to account for COVID-19?
To encourage social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, our staff have been instructed to work remotely where possible, with in-person client interactions postponed till further notice. Meetings with key partners such as yourself will occur remotely, unless exceptional circumstances deem otherwise.
What does this mean for me as a Letsema partner?
Letsema has the necessary technological infrastructure in place to ensure the services we offer and the work our teams execute on client projects will continue unabated. It has never been more important that we go beyond and help our clients navigate this epoch-defining moment in human history through outstanding, value-adding service delivery.
How long will Letsema operate this way?
Given the seriousness of COVID-19 as a societal threat, Letsema’s staff will operate remotely until further notice. As new information comes to light on a daily and weekly basis, our staff will be kept informed regularly of developments and advised to communicate with clients such as yourself if there are any material changes to our current policy.
As Letsema, we are grateful for your continued support and understanding in these unprecedented times.
Keep safe and healthy.
