A UNIQUE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Selected students will participate in a unique three-year learning experience. Graduates will be equipped with a problem-solving and business management toolkit by working with senior leaders and teams within Letsema. At the programme’s conclusion, our Accounting graduates have the experience and skills to chart their entrepreneurial career paths.
- Deep competencies will be gained within our Group Finance division, and
- Graduates will work with Letsema Consulting’s experienced and high-quality team and master the consulting toolkit. These engagements could also offer assignments in corporate finance.
- You will learn how Letsema Investment’s different businesses are run, how they operate, and the process of making strategic decisions for businesses that employ hundreds of people. By joining the 2023 CAtalyst programme, Trainees will spend three years absorbing 25 years of Letsema’s unique business and consulting experience in an environment driven and defined by excellence and our values-based approach.

APPLICATION CRITERIA
Candidates must be in the process of completing their CTA (effectively their final year of studies) with a university accredited by SAICA. All applicants will be considered regardless of background, but only the very best will be selected for this unique opportunity.
