Our team is looking for a Customer, Marketing & Brand Strategy Consultant, who is wildly curious about the drivers behind human behaviour and passionate about human-centred design, customer, brand and marketing strategy.
Combining the disciplines of brand and marketing, design thinking, strategy and strategy implementation, we design solutions with empathy and creativity from the outside in.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, branding or engineering field, relevant post-graduate qualification preferred
- Customer experience and strategy expertise
- Previous experience (2+ years) in design thinking or brand & marketing related fields
- Self-motivated individual with an aptitude for navigating complex environments
- Retail/ Tourism/ Banking experience beneficial
ROLE
Take responsibility for delivery of consulting engagements within large organisations
- Conduct customer and market research and unearth actionable insights
- Create competitive reviews and situational analyses
- Identify and formulate insights-driven strategy, including brand architecture and positioning, appropriate to business need and level of sophistication
- Write compelling brand stories and present strategies in a manner that is relevant to the client
- Develop compelling business rationale to support your strategies and assist clients in building organisational support
- Define and manage a human-centric approach to strategy implementation within organisations of all sizes
- Structure tasks in a goal-oriented way and manage delivery by ensuring alignment of you and your team to objectives, priorities and the direction of the project
- Manage relevant project stakeholders by influencing and building relationships with clients
- Collaborate with creative teams, participate in client meetings and lead ideation sessions
- Create the platform to facilitate a healthy team environment and support the development of high performing team members through on the job training, mentoring and coaching
